DATE OF PAYMENT is the DATE OF POSTMARK for checks sent via the United States Postal Service, NOT THE DATE OF DATA ENTRY INTO VENDOR'S/SUPPLIER'S SYSTEM

We will not be responsible for delays in payment processing due to VENDOR'S/SUPPLIERS confused staff, OUTDATED office procedures, or PURPOSEFUL delay of posting to encourage the levying of interest and late charges.

These terms cannot be canceled or modified by any other entity than j.f. hayduk co.
